Kim worked for Rockwell International/Meridian for 18 years as an accountant. In October, 2001 went to work for Egyptian Conrete where she worked as the CFO until 2005. Kim gets the love of the car business from her father, Harold Monken who was in the automobile industry for 30 plus years. Unfortunately Harold passed away in 2006 leaving his children Wes and Kim to carry on the business that he adored.
